​Flexible Full Day Coverage
I’ll start when you want me to start and finish when you want me to finish. Typically, this means capturing everything from the morning preparations or guest arrivals, right through to the first dance – and even later if you have fireworks/sparklers planned.

Travel and Accommodation
Travel and accommodation expenses within mainland UK are included in the package, so there are no additional costs for these.

High-Quality Presentation
Receive a beautifully presented USB stick containing your selected photographs, with both colour and black & white versions of each image.

Booking Information

To secure your date, a £200 deposit is required, with the remaining balance payable in installments up to a month before your wedding.

Based in London and the Home Counties, I travel nationwide to capture weddings, ensuring your special day is documented no matter where it takes place.

What to expect

Before the Wedding

Leading up to your wedding, I maintain regular contact to understand your plans and vision for the big day. I encourage you to share ideas and any inspirational photos you've found, ensuring we're aligned on your desired style and moments to capture.

Arrival

During our pre-wedding discussions, we’ll decide when you’d like me to start capturing your day. This could be early on, documenting the 'getting ready' moments, or as guests begin to arrive for the ceremony. Those early preparation shots are a wonderful way to begin your wedding story, and if family members or children are present, it's a great opportunity to capture some informal 'family time' before the main event begins. However, if you prefer this time to be more private and intimate, I can start at the wedding venue, photographing guests as they arrive.

During the Ceremony

Capturing the emotion and solemnity of your ceremony requires a delicate balance. I always discuss do's and don'ts with the officiant beforehand to ensure I respect the sanctity of the moment. My approach is to be respectful and discreet, avoiding any disruption. I aim to capture the beauty and emotion of your vows without becoming a distraction, ensuring the focus remains on you and your love.

Relaxed and Natural Photography

During your wedding day, I'll blend seamlessly into the background, capturing candid moments and genuine emotions. My goal is to document the day as it naturally unfolds, so your photographs reflect the true essence of your celebration. Enjoy every moment while I handle capturing it all.

Group Photos

Many couples initially hesitate about formal group photos, but these are often treasured by parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles. While these shots are essential, I strive to make them feel informal and fun. I'll capture the candid moments in between the poses, ensuring a blend of traditional and spontaneous images that tell the full story of your family and friends on your special day.

Couple Photos

After the group photos, we'll take some time to explore the grounds for more intimate shots of you as a couple. This is a chance to capture your love and joy as newlyweds. While these moments can feel daunting for some, I ensure a relaxed and informal atmosphere, helping you feel comfortable and natural. My goal is to capture genuine moments that reflect your love, passion, and happiness.

Wedding Reception

During the reception, I'll blend into the background, capturing your guests interacting, smiling, and enjoying the celebration. If there are special activities like lawn games, musicians, magicians, or caricature artists, I'll make sure to document these fun moments as well. I’ll also capture the heartfelt speeches, laughter, and any tears of joy. As the evening progresses, I'll be there to photograph the cake cutting and the arrival of evening guests.

First Dance and Beyond

I always stay until the first dance, unless you prefer otherwise. Typically, I capture the first dance and some early moments on the dance floor before stepping back to let you and your guests enjoy the night. However, if you have special nighttime plans like fireworks or sparklers, I’ll stay to capture those magical moments and bring the story of your day to a beautiful close.

Throughout the entire process, I'll be available for any questions or adjustments you might have. Clear and consistent communication is key to ensuring that your experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible, providing you with peace of mind every step of the way.

After your wedding, I carefully select and edit the finest images, ensuring they meet the highest standards. You'll receive a stunning collection of photographs that tell the complete story of your day, beautifully presented on a USB stick and in an online gallery for easy sharing with family and friends.
